When you shop at Mammashop.dk, you have a 999-day return policy regardless of what you purchase. However, we have set some simple requirements if you wish to return your order:
1) The item must be in the same quantity and condition
You must not have used the item - you may have looked at it and assessed it, but you must not have used it. Likewise, the original packaging must be included. We must be able to sell the item to a new buyer at full price.
2) The item must be in the assortment
If you have purchased an item and it is subsequently no longer available in the assortment, you will no longer be covered by our extended return policy. However, you should always remember that you have at least a 14-day return policy according to the purchase law.
NOTE: The right of return does not apply to warranty compensations.
3) Refund of money
If the order is returned later than 30 days after receipt, it will only be possible to receive a store credit. This store credit is valid for 2 years from when we have registered your order return.
If the order is returned within 30 days after receipt, we will refund the money to the card that was used when placing the order.
4) Reservations
It is solely Mammashop that can make the decision on whether the item meets the conditions for extended return or not. If you are in doubt before returning the item, you are very welcome to contact us, and we will assess the case.
