Complaint

If the item is damaged, you need to send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with complaints over the phone, as it requires pictures of the fault in order to help you.

For the fastest processing of your complaint:

Send an email to info@mammashop.dk where you include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Pictures / video of the fault
  • Detailed description of the fault. What happened and how is it visible?
